 I can comment on Kathi as she provided an excellent level of professional service. She knows the market and the process so well that she always knows or finds the answer to her clients questions. I asked scores of questions on closing procedures, law, costs etc. and Kathi was able to supply answers and advice that helped us make a good decision. She even took the initiative to help out the other company's realtors when they dropped the ball on providing information for the buyer.
